Physical Labor All Week

CJ is working in a different department all week this week - loading and unloading trucks. His back has been killing him, more than usual. I told him we should attend a Back pain seminar some time in the near future to see if we can figure out a way to manage his pain.

He will eventually have no other choice but to go back to the doctor for this though. He is hoping to avoid being on medication for the rest of his life.

Olivia's 2011 Cheering Season

Here is the last competition of Livi's - the 2011 NAA Minis :) I put it online as a youtube video download as well as have it on Flick for friends and family but want to share here too.

I am really glad Olivia has decided to be a part of cheering again next year. It has been a wonderful 4 months for her and for me! She is going to sign up for cheer gymnastics this winter. I hope she likes that as well because it will help her with cheering.

The Boys' Bunk Bed

Dante and Wyatt love their bunk bed - look at their beds though, it is like a bomb made of toys exploded! I could never sleep with that much stuff in bed with me!

Olivia was reading to them before bed the other night. Awww, how sweet, huh? For Yule, my grandma got them bedsheet sets. I hope she got me an electric mattress pad, lately it has been freezing at night! Seriously though, I refuse to keep the heat too high, it is too expensive.

Pool Try Again

We attempted to put a pool in our back yard a few years ago but failed to consider needing a fence around the pool. Now our yard is fenced in but I still think pool fences are a good idea, regardless if the yard itself is fenced in or not.

The kids love to swim but unfortunately, they only get to swim when we are on vacation. I hate having to drag them all to the public pool, so one for the yard is still under consideration. 

Looking for a Second Job

I have been helping a friend of mine look for a second job. So far I found a few Medical Equipment Repairer Jobs while searching online, but nothing much else.

Speaking of jobs; CJ is still working as a temp. for Martin Guitar. He tries to eat something in the morning before work. Notice I said he TRIES...
